Salans’ Beijing office has been fully operational since 2008, in response to a growing demand for our legal services in the People’s Republic of China. While Shanghai is the preferred location for many multinational production and service subsidiaries, Beijing is close to the seat of government and home to many state-owned enterprises as well as being the regional headquarters for a large number of multinational companies and corporations having operations in China.

Our Approach  

Our Beijing office provides clients with full legal services, in cooperation with our office in Shanghai and our third Greater China office in Hong Kong, which we opened in 2009.  Our lawyers in Beijing serve clients with regional headquarters in the Chinese capital and offer easier access to central government authorities.  We provide a base for Salans’ Foreign Direct Investment and M&A business in Northeast China.
