Some are qualified in more than one jurisdiction and others have worked in a commercial environment, for example as in-house counsel. We combine our broad range of backgrounds with an active secondment programme of lawyers across the firm. This ensures that we work seamlessly across countries and continents, providing varied and interesting opportunities for the members of our teams.
We recruit law school graduates and experienced lawyers who are high achievers. We place great emphasis on retention, and many of our lawyers come through to partnership from our associate ranks. We also recruit talented specialists for our small, effective management and support team.
